The largest in Siberia and Russian Far East timber industry holding with annual forest and wood processing products sales volume of 2 000 000 cubic meters to the Asia-Pacific Countries (China, Japan, South Korea).
Duties:
Develop and perform the commercial strategy of the company in Asia-Pacific Countries (China, Japan, South Korea). Development and carrying out the marketing strategy and sale's system (in field of B2B), including strategic analysis of the market tendencies and opportunities of supply and demand, definition of the target markets (region/product/segment of quality), definition of target client groups and channels of distribution, making a structure of the product portfolio of the company, development of logistic plan. Management of debit debts and product's stocks. Development and implementation of the company's price policy. Development and execution of the sale's plans, managing all the sales of the holding.
Requirements:
University graduate, MBA degree.
Work experience more than 7 years in sales management or as sales manager of the large company as a must.
Experience in the marketing and sales not less than 5 years, 2 years on supervising position.
Experience in construction and developing dealer networks.
Experience of successful development and realization of marketing strategy and system of sales.
The operational experience in Asian-Pacific region is obligatory.
Strategic thinking, top-level negotiating skills, strong attitude for analytics.
Language skills: English as native language, fluent working Chinese language.
Good skills of presentation.
