Key responsibilities of the post:

 

·         To plans, implements, and manages the sales programs, activities and initiatives of TATA Motors under limited supervision

·          Manages all strategic, operational and administrative aspects of the Sales unit.

·         To perform direct customer sales in key areas; promote and maintain customer relations with major accounts.(US Army, United Nations, Etc … )

·          To achieve annual sales target.

·          To oversee all facets of the daily operations of the organizational unit, ensuring compliance with standards.

·          To provide market research and analysis; prepare research-based reports and sales forecasts for the management.

·          Develop and manage annual sales and operating budgets, and regularly monitor sales performance to budget parameters.

·          To assume responsibility for all publicity, advertising, direct mail, catalogs, exhibits, awards, title sub-right activities, and website management for the company.

·          To represent the company at conferences, meetings, exhibits, and other special events; promote new and existing programs and initiatives.
